Lead yourself. Build your future.

The DRIVE Young Leaders Academy is a self-paced teen leadership course with six progressive modules. Start with your values and direction, then build relationships, communicate with confidence, lead through action, develop others, and execute with discipline.

Work through the modules in order at a recommended pace of 6–12 weeks. Each workbook combines self-assessment, reflection, practical exercises, and real-world challenges. Build a Personal Leadership Portfolio with the plans and leadership blueprints you create along the way.

Certificate of completion

Complete all six modules and assemble your final graduation portfolio to earn the DRIVE Young Leaders Academy certificate of completion.

  • Complete each module's exercises, leadership blueprint, and required challenge
  • Submit a portfolio containing all six blueprints, your personal mission statement, leadership legacy statement, and 90-Day Success Plan
  • Complete the 1–3 page graduation reflection: The Leader I Am Becoming
